Park in designated areas. Please do not park in the street or allow your guests to do so.
Quiet hours are from 8 p.m. until 8 a.m. each day.
All pets must be walked on a short leash. Pets may not be tied outside or fenced when outside the RV, unless you are outside in attendance. Please carry a “baggie” and immediately pick up and dispose of all pet waste. Pets may not be left alone in the RV if they cause a disturbance.
No aggressive breeds, please.
To maintain our peaceful park, generator usage is not allowed inside the park.
No open fires are allowed. BBQs with charcoal or gas fires are accepted. No wood fires in BBQs are allowed. If you are using a propane BBQ, please be sure to secure the tank against possible falling.
Do not wash RVs, tow vehicles, or any other vehicles at your space.

Trash dumpsters & recycling bins are available at three locations in the community. Please wrap and tie your trash securely before depositing it in the dumpster. All “kitty litter” must be wrapped before dumping. Do not deposit hazardous materials, appliances, paint, oil, furniture, fish cleanings, or anything that would cause an odor. Please make sure you are only placing recyclable items in the recycle bin.
Laundry rooms are located in the community across the street from the pool. Laundry rooms are accessible by residents only. Please be quiet if using these facilities at night. No smoking or alcoholic beverages are allowed.
If you have any utility problems, please call the park during normal office hours at (559) 264-3658. Someone will get back to you as soon as possible.
No storage of any kind is allowed outside the RV. No tents are allowed. No fencing of any kind without written management permission is allowed. Outdoor patio furniture, RV area rugs, RV awnings and attached screen rooms, potted plants, and BBQs are certainly welcome. If your space can accommodate a storage shed and you would like to be permitted to use a storage shed at your space, please submit in writing the dimensions and type of storage shed to the park manager.
