Best value in Fresno. Biggest RV spaces. The park is quiet despite being close hwy access. I’ve been staying here for the past 5 months in my 36′ 5th Wheel. The park is definitely clean, lots of repairs and upgrades since I have been here. The new Manager is professional and fair. The wifi has been fast.

The Three Palms Mobile Home & RV Park is, not only the most affordable Park in Fresno, but The Park is nice and clean, safe and quiet, a peaceful atmosphere with a very friendly and family oriented Community. Laundry room available inside the Park, it is also affordable and the Park is conveniently located close to the Freeway 99. Last but not least, my favorite, BIG BEAUTIFUL SWIMMING POOL!
